Have you heard of Mirror Neurons?..They are the nerve cells in your brain that fire exactly the same way as the person or thing that you are watching... ..That means you are creating your experience... imprinting your brain and body/mind with what you watch, what you consume as media and your daily interactions...This is why it is so important to chose what you watch and who you hang with and how you choose your experiences...You become what you expose yourself to..This may be the basis for compassion as well as intuition and psychic ability..and it is also the way we create our reality....Don't like the news...? then don't watch it and regurgitate the spews..... because it becomes youse...
