2024 Weight Loss and Anti inflammatory Diet Suggestions!




 

No sugary drinks. No sodas, sweet coffees or honey in your tea.

Use sparkling water mixed with fruit juice if you need flavor and bubbly.

Start the morning off the proteins and vegetables.

Start every meal with a protein or fat, always start with savory flavor, not sweet.

Reduce and eliminate all processed carbs like cookies, crackers bread, pasta.

Eliminate wheat.

Eat whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, millet, barley or rye. Eat beans and grains, if your body agrees with them.

Eat seeds, not nuts. Pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, chia are good.

Eat corn fee and soy free organic eggs and meat.

Limit and eliminate bad oils. Use only olive oil, sesame oil, red palm oil, coconut oil, MCT oil  or organic grass fed ghee.

Eat only organic goat dairy.

Eat your biggest meals in the morning and around noon. Eat lighter at night.

Eat your last meal before 7pm. Or 3 hours before bed.

Intermittent fasting is good.

Eliminate mayonnaise and processed dressings.

Drink a little organic apple cider vinegar in water, in the morning before eating.

Eat tons of vegetables. Double your vegetable intake.

Simple salad is a side dish. It does not count as vegetable serving.

Salads with proteins such as meat, fish or beans are good.

Replace desert with fruit.

Drink plenty of water.

Drink 3 cups of water for every cup of caffeine.

Reduce or eliminate alcohol.

Make sure you are moving your bowels daily.

Move your body more. Walk at least. Dance.

Breath deep.

Stop eating before you are full.

Walk after a big meal.

Get good sleep.

Be mindful of stress and emotional eating.

Stock your pantry with good options.

Plan your meals.

Variety is the spice of life!
