Kelly Smith will be offering Reiki and Zero Balancing on Fridays starting in March at Lisa Baas Healing Arts Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine's new location 5930 Hamilton Blvd. Suite 102, Allentown, Pa. 18106 Kelly Smith has been practicing Zero Balancing on her family and friends for 10 years. ZB is a hands-on body-mind system of therapy that balances the relationship of energy and structure with the bones and tissues of the body. ZB uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern energy healing traditions into an original, practical coherent bodywork skill. ZB promotes internal balance and harmony through skilled touch. It is recommended you have 3 sessions done with a few weeks in between to get the full benefits of what ZB can offer you. Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been training clients for 12 years. She incorporates ZB and Reiki in her sessions. She is also a mom of two boys. Her youngest son has been receiving ZB session since he was in utero. Her older son enjoys ZB sessions because they make him feel calm.
